Stay Safe: Whitewater Rafting Trips
Don’t eat too much before going on a rafting trip, you might just throw up. Also never wear slip ons as they may fall off; it is better to wear tennis shoes or rubber shoes as they are secure and will prevent most cuts and bruises on your feet. Always listen to the guide, as he or she is more knowledgeable than you regarding this river; never attempt to show off or boast by disobeying him, you may end up regretting the choice later. And lastly, always wear protective gear such as life vests and such as these will help you in case you fall. With all of these whitewater rafting tips, you are sure to be safe and win over the river easily and safely.
