Camping in the Languedoc Roussillon France
Camping is a very popular past time in France as indeed it is in many parts of the world. One of the differences here is that in such a big country with proportionally quite a small population there is so much room available that you can find a camp site in almost every village. This is certainly true down south Languedoc Roussillon France.
There’s an upside as well as a downside to this situation. On the plus side you really can travel just about anywhere without worrying too much about finding somewhere to camp. On the downside a lot of the campsites are very basic. With so much choice campsites aren’t so profitable and don’t much money for upgrades and luxuries.
