Affordable Sharm el Sheikh hotels make for a golden getaway

If you like the sound of Sharm el Sheikh but don’t want to mix with the usual British tourist populace, check out Dahab. The name literally means “gold” in Arabic and it’s easy to see why. The area is well-kept and luxurious, with a few amazing four and five star hotels. Just because the area is opulent, doesn’t mean the price-tag on these Sharm el Sheikh hotels is out of budget. You can stay at the five-star Hilton for less than £30 per person per night. You’ll enjoy basking in the glow of the golden sun while admiring the gorgeous scenery of the snow-capped Sinai Mountains and the crystal clear waters of the Red Sea.
