Short sale information
How much time will this deal take? How much equity will you end up with? Will you really be glad that you bought a short sale?
Great questions aren’t they?I know what questions are going through buyers minds because I am a loan officer and I’m seeing my clients come crying to me because they had no idea that the deal could be so hard. Thus, I wrote an article to fore warn and for arm my buyers that were thinking of making an offer on a short sale. I beleive that all buyers deserve short sale information BEFORE they even look at a short sale!
