How to display banners stay put?
So you have an event on a day where the wind is picking up and it looks like rain coming but you carry on and continue on with your event. The display banners are all set up but what keeps them from falling over or being blown away from the winds that seem to keep getting stronger. Most of the display banners that are placed outside on stands, have a large base that they are attached to and these bases are either filler with sand or with water. Water is the most used fill for the stand bases due to the weight. These bases keep the banners in one place.
