Release equity or regret it tomorrow.
Now, if you have decided to make the decision that leans towards not to release equity in your property then that is one thing altogether. However, if you thought about releasing equity five years ago and then only acting to release equity just now, then that is a completely different thing altogether. For the very reason that by only deciding to go ahead and release equity now, you have missed out on some golden years that release equity can do for you. So you may have been struggling to pay the bills for the past five years when you could release equity and not have to worry.
Shame. Good news is however, that now you have decided to release equity, things should start looking up.
