Cookie/fruit pizza

 

 

Delicious dessert recipes 

FRUIT PIZZA

 17 oz refrigerator sugar cookie dough, slice and over lap on picca pan, 12 – 14 in diameter.  Bake 10 minutes at 350 and cool.

2-8 oz Philly Cheese, softened, 1/2 c sugar

1 tsp vanilla, mix well and spread on cool dough

Arrange 3-4 fruits in concentric circles to cover cookie dough – fresh fruit is best, or make sure canned fruit is very well drained. If using bananas or fresh peaches, slice and toss w/ lemon juice or Fruit Fresh to keep the fruit from Browning.

Berries of any kind – kiwi – oranges (well drained) are all good

3/4 c orange juice – 3/4 c water – 1 c sugar – 3 Tbsp Cornstarch

Heat Orange Juice and Water, Sift the sugar and Cornstarch together and gradually add to the heating juice and water.  Bring to a boil and cook until very thick.

Cool, then brush or spread on top of fruit.  Keep refrigerated until use.
