There is a Difference

The term “ubiquinol coq10” can be misleading to people who are not familiar with the cellular energy production cycle of the body. These are actually two different forms of the same thing. Coq10 is nutrient found in the body’s cells, that when converted, is responsible for cellular energy production, and for protecting the cells from free radicals. Ubiquinol is the converted form of Coq10. The difference isn’t really important to everyday people, unless they are trying to decide between supplemental forms of the two. Coq10 is right for those 40 and over, and ubiquinol is appropriate for those in their 30’s and 40’s.
