Getting rid of cankles.
Cankles are described as a form of swelling that is found in the ankle. It is called Cankles as it appears that the calf has come down to meet the ankles and it just looks like a leg stump. Dispite what many people will lead you to believe, cankles can be gotten rid of with 4 main methods. Exercises such as the calf raise can help to tone the muscles around the ankles giving it tone and defination. Ankle inversion and ankle eversion also give the ankle a toned appearance and will help to get rid of fat in the ankle.
