Anxiety Attacks and Treatment

Before an anxiety attack becomes a panic attack, there is an anxiety trigger that develops into a point of high anxiety.  By treating anxiety attacks, we focus on treating the anxiety trigger that starts the whole downward cycle.  We may find that you work best with herbal medicines, relaxation techniques and deep breathing exercises.  Or you may be the kind of individual who responds best to medications prescribed and monitored by a doctor, along with regular exercise and massage therapies.  Whatever course of treatment, our goal is to help walk you toward optimal wellness.  We view every person as unique, thereby requiring a unique set of treatment options.
