Can I get a mortgage without a down payment?
I am trying to find out what types of mortgage loans London banks might be able to offer me to help me get a new house. I don’t have a lot of savings, so I am wondering if I could get a mortgage for 100% of the costs associated with getting the new house. I could make a very small down payment, but that would mean using all of my savings, and I know there will be things I will need for the new house. Is it common for people to not put down a down payment these days? Is it easy to get this kind of financing if you have good credit?
