Why do cars have left and right drive?
I remember when my son asked me about the left hand drive car wondering if these cars were for people who were right handed so they could shift the gears with their other hand! You have to hand it to kids, they do think logically don’t they? I explained to my son that different parts of the world have different side drive cars and even drive on different sides of the road. It was hard to explain to him why this is though as I’m not quite clear on this myself! I started to tell him that it had to do with climate but then realized how ridiculous that sounded!
